Superbreak is the market leader for short breaks throughout the UK . They specialise in booking 2-5 star hotel accommodation throughout Britain for a broad range of customers, and describe themselves as a ‘one stop shop’ for hotel and short break bookings.
The Brief
- Develop a spring summer campaign to replace their existing banker mailing
- Further develop the creative look and feel in line with its target
- Showcase all the Superbreak offers for spring and summer.
The Solution
- Develop an ‘exclusive’ look and feel to make customers feel valued
- Create urgency by giving the impression offers were only available to selected customers
- Free Prize Draw with a data capture element to help gain more insight into customer habits.
The Results
- Pack exceeded the 2% target in its early stages
- Bookings, revenue and response are all up on this time last year.
